Each moment of the liturgy incorporates us more fully as members of the Body of Christ, so each time we celebrate Mass, our lives should be changed as a result! Why? Because the Sacrifice of the Mass is not only a transformation of the bread and wine, but also a transformation of each one of us when we participate fully in the liturgy. It empowers us to live our lives as bread broken for others.
