The National Eucharistic Congress is less than six months away, and momentum and excitement are building for this historic gathering of the U.S. Church. Thousands have already claimed their full event passes, but there are many Catholics who may not be able to attend all five days. Perhaps you’re one of them. That’s why the Congress team has created a new registration option for you: day passes!
If you can’t come to the entire Congress, you are invited and encouraged to join us for as much of this historic event as you’re able to attend. Day passes give you the flexibility to make a day trip, attend just for the weekend, or come on the days your favorite speakers are presenting. Even attending for just one day will be an investment you’ll never regret.
Here’s why.
The National Eucharistic Congress is “the moment within the movement” of the National Eucharistic Revival. At the Congress, the Catholic Church in America will gather in a visible show of unity in Indianapolis to celebrate Our Eucharistic Lord.
This moment is a historic one for the Church in the U.S. because it’s also reviving a legacy of National Eucharistic Congresses. Did you know that there hasn’t been one since before WWII? That means most American Catholics have never experienced a National Eucharistic Congress.
For five days, tens of thousands of Catholics will gather for powerful moments of worship, inspiring talks from the most trusted voices in the Church, beautiful liturgies, and the sacraments. More importantly, they’ll experience profound healing encounters with the person of Jesus Christ that leave them transformed and filled with hope! Then, they will be sent out on mission, carrying the fire of Eucharistic devotion back to their homes, parishes, and communities. This will usher in the third year of the National Eucharistic Revival: the Year of Mission!
Every day at the Congress is designed to facilitate a life-changing encounter with Jesus, regardless of where you are on your faith journey. Attendees will select their preferred series of impact sessions for the morning and breakout sessions for the afternoon. There will also be optional special experiences in the afternoons, including the National Shroud of Turin exhibit and a musical triptych on the Eucharist. Then, gathered together as one, the whole assembly will experience powerful revival sessions in Lucas Oil Stadium each evening.
Find a detailed schedule for all five days of the Congress here. Then, read on to learn how to register and get your pass.
Go to the registration page on the Congress website. Under the Day Pass pricing table, you’ll see a blue button that says “Register.” Click on that, and start filling out the form. You’ll have the option to select one or a combination of days for your pass. Limited day passes are available for each day, so register soon to secure your spot and select the sessions you want to attend.
If you decide that you are able to attend the entire 5-day event, you can register for that here!
Please help spread the word about this new day pass option! If you were on the fence about registering for the Congress because of the 5-day commitment, chances are some of your Catholic friends, family, and fellow parishioners feel the same way. Be sure to let them know about the day pass option in case this makes it possible for them to attend the Congress, too.
If you’re coming for the full event, there are a few ways you can save on your passes. Check with your parish, family, or friend circle to see if anyone else is attending the full Congress, and register with them as a group (select the group pass type on the registration page). Even registering with one other person drops the price for each of you! The more people who register at once, the more you’ll save on your pass.
Whether you attend for one day or all five, the entire Congress will be an experience of prayer: a liturgical act offering the Catholic Church—in attendance in Indianapolis as well as across the country—to the Father, through the Son, and in the Holy Spirit. This reconsecration will result in a massive outpouring of grace and renewed missionary sending as participants are moved to share the Eucharistic love of the Lord “for the life of the world.”
